Reformer Pilates Classes for all ages & fitness levels
If you're new to Pilates, or it's been six months or more since you last stepped inside a reformer studio, we recommend starting with our Reformer Essentials class. Here, you'll progress at your own pace, listening to your body (because you know it better than anyone else!)
Once you're comfortable, you can move to our Level 1 classes and then progress to Level 2. Some of our classes are Mixed Level, but with a max of 4 per class, you'll always get the modifications or progressions you need.
For those seeking a more challenging workout, Level 3 is our most advanced class.
Specialised Classes for Over 55s
We're passionate about supporting men and women over 55. Our specialised classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility and balance, and extend your health-span.
Stretching and Mobility Classes:
Focus on increasing your range of motion and flexibility.
Stretching & Mobility Level 1
For those who find getting down on a mat or reformer challenging, we offer standing and seated exercises.
Stretching & Mobility Level 2
When you feel ready, you can progress to Level 2 classes that combine standing and seated exercises with some reformer work, or you may decide to stay at Level 1 – the choice, as always, is yours.
Take it at your own pace. There's no hurry. You've nothing to prove. It's just you and your body, getting to know each other better and learning how to move more efficiently.
